As the General Counsel, attorneys have represented health care entities in pursuing joint ventures and in addressing employment issues between doctors and health care technicians.

The attorneys representation in this area also includes the defense of the healthcare industry including medical malpractice, dental, nursing, home healthcare agencies, nursing homes and pharmaceutical liability cases has been a large part of the litigation practice of the attorneys in our firm and our predecessor firm for many years.

Additionally, Ms. Garcia has served as counsel for Dow-Chemical in the breast implant litigation in Harris County, Texas and as local trial counsel representing physicians in the Norplant litigation in Cameron and Hidalgo County, Texas.
